Role Overview

We are seeking a Staff Android Engineer to lead mobile client development. The product roadmap includes iOS and mobile friendly web applications, providing opportunities to expand impact across platforms.

You will architect the Android application, establish engineering standards, and build a high performance, reliable, and secure mobile experience from the ground up. This role may evolve into a mobile engineering lead position across platforms as the organization scales.

Requirements

• Five plus years of experience building and shipping consumer facing Android applications
• Strong expertise in native Android development using Kotlin or Java
• Experience designing scalable and high performance mobile architectures

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience building applications for Latin American markets
• Experience in financial technology
• Strong design sense and attention to user experience
• Full stack engineering experience with ability to collaborate across backend and frontend teams
