The Home Care setting allows our Physical Therapists to make a significant impact on their patients' lives by providing therapy services in a familiar and comforting environment. Working onsite, you will have the flexibility to choose your working hours from Monday to Friday, making it easier to balance your personal commitments while delivering high-quality care. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from various injuries, diseases, or surgeries to develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including exercises, hands-on techniques, and mobility aids, to relieve pain and promote mobility.
  • Continuously monitor patient progress, documenting treatments, responses, and outcomes for reassessment and potential plan adjustments.
  • Collaborate with patients, their families, and caregivers to provide education and training on self-care strategies and proper usage of assistive devices.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, participating in peer discussions, and staying current with industry literature.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on a diverse patient population ranging from children to the elderly, each with unique rehabilitation needs. You will work closely with individuals recovering from surgeries, traumatic injuries, or managing chronic conditions, ensuring a personalized approach to each patient's care, and empowering them to achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications
  • A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
  • A valid Florida State License for Physical Therapy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients and their families.
  • Proficiency in computer usage, including documentation and communication tools.
  • Flexibility and agility in work practices, adapting to various patient needs and organizational changes.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in physical therapy, particularly in home care or outpatient settings, is desirable, although exceptional new graduates will be considered.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience.
