Position Overview

Sabella Psychiatric Center is seeking a dedicated and qualified Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team on a full-time basis. This remote position allows for flexibility while providing essential mental health services from the comfort of your own home, contributing to the well-being of our patients in Kent, Washington. The salary range for this position is between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Work Environment

This role will primarily be remote, allowing professionals to connect with clients via virtual platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine the mental health needs of patients, providing personalized care plans that align with therapeutic goals.
• Deliver short-term psychotherapy and facilitate group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to individual and community needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to offer effective consultation for counseling requirements, ensuring continuity of care for our patients.
• Develop and implement outreach initiatives aimed at underrepresented communities, enhancing accessibility to mental health services.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to keep abreast of the latest methodologies and legal standards in clinical practice.
• Provide crisis assessment and intervention services, addressing immediate risks such as suicidal ideation and coordinating hospitalizations when necessary.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques to address diverse client needs while maintaining ethical practices in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
• Fulfill both remote and in-person responsibilities based on specific patient needs and treatment plans, ensuring flexibility in service delivery.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LICSW licensure is mandatory; candidates with a fully licensed LMHC status are also welcome to apply.
• A minimum of three years of post-master's clinical experience, particularly in case management and evidence-based psychotherapy.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with diverse adolescent populations, specifically in educational settings or community resources.
