Position Overview

Sabella Psychiatric Center is seeking a dedicated and qualified Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team on a full-time basis. The salary range for this position is between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine the mental health needs of patients, providing personalized care plans that align with therapeutic goals.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to offer effective consultation for counseling requirements, ensuring continuity of care for our patients.

  • Fulfill both remote and in-person responsibilities based on specific patient needs and treatment plans, ensuring flexibility in service delivery.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience
