Job description

SABABA Health Group (DBA WIN Rapid Recovery) is seeking a PsyPact credentialed, bi-lingual (Spanish/English)  psychologist to partner with our team on a flexible, flat-rate basis providing comprehensive psychological assessments. This opportunity is ideal for a private practice provider who wants to supplement an existing caseload with steady referral-based assessment work while being compensated for both clinical services and required collaboration time.

About the role

This position is designed for a doctoral-level clinician who values autonomy, high-quality assessment work, and professional collaboration. The provider will complete comprehensive evaluations for referred clients and work in coordination with WIN to deliver clear, timely, and exceptional reports. Providers who are interested also have the opportunity to provide follow-up therapeutic sessions with assessed clients.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for referred clients.

Administer and interpret provided testing measures.

Review relevant records, history, and collateral information as needed.

Prepare thorough, well-organized, and defensible written reports.

Provide diagnostic impressions and individualized recommendations.

Participate in peer-to-peer consultation and case collaboration when appropriate.

Optionally provide follow-up therapeutic sessions if desired.

Qualifications

Doctoral degree in psychology, PhD or PsyD.

Spanish speaking.

Current independent licensure in good standing.

Experience conducting assessments preferred.

Strong diagnostic, clinical interviewing, testing, and report-writing skills.

Ability to work independently while meeting turnaround expectations.

Professional, collaborative communication style.

Compensation

This is a flexible independent contractor opportunity with flat-rate pay per completed assessment. WIN also provides compensation for required training time and peer-to-peer supervision, so providers are paid not only for the evaluation itself, but also for the time invested in onboarding, consultation, and collaboration. Follow-up therapeutic sessions are available for providers who wish to continue working with assessed clients.

Why partner with WIN Rapid Recovery

Supplemental income that fits alongside an existing private practice.

Flexible scheduling based on your availability.

Referral-based assessment volume without the burden of building a separate pipeline.

Paid training and paid peer-to-peer supervision.

Optional follow-up therapy sessions with assessed clients.

A collaborative relationship with an organized, responsive team.

Meaningful work that supports client recovery and care planning.
