Pastry Line Cook – 154 Scott (Brooklyn)

SAA | PM Shift Required | Compensation: $22/hour

The Role

SAA is seeking a skilled and service-focused Pastry Line Cook to support evening pastry service operations at 154 Scott. This role is focused on PM service execution rather than large-scale pastry production and requires a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining consistency, precision, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute plated desserts and pastry menu items with consistency and precision
  • Prepare and maintain pastry mise en place for nightly PM service
  • Support service execution while maintaining strong communication with BOH and FOH teams
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards
  • Support overall kitchen operations during service as needed
  • Adhere to all NYC Department of Health food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen or hospitality environment
  • Experience with plated dessert service preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Availability to work PM shifts, weekends, and holidays is required
Compensation & Benefits
