We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support in a fully remote capacity. You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, manage complex scheduling, and help streamline day-to-day operations. This is a critical role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in anticipating needs before they arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Calendar & Inbox Management: Manage calendar, ensuring an efficient flow of meetings, travel, and personal commitments. Prioritize urgent emails and draft responses as needed.
• Communication: Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the executive and clients, team members, and external partners with professionalism and discretion.
• Operations & Logistics: Handle travel arrangements, expense reporting, and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
• Special Projects: Support special projects, research tasks, and meeting preparation 
• Tech Proficiency: Utilize tools like to maintain organized systems and improve team productivity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a 100% remote work environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of proficiency with cloud-based productivity software.
• Strong judgment and the ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
