Key Responsibilities

Install and modify conveyor systems and automation equipment to meet project specifications

Perform mechanical assembly, including fitting, aligning, and securing machinery components

Conduct precision equipment alignment to ensure optimal operation and safety

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during installation and commissioning phases

Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and quality execution of tasks

Perform routine maintenance and adjustments on installed systems as needed

Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience as a Millwright or in a similar mechanical installation role

Strong understanding of conveyor systems, automation equipment, and industrial machinery

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals

Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Willingness to travel extensively across the United States for project assignments

Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces
