What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different, but your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting with local business owners and their employees
• Helping clients understand and enroll in valuable supplemental benefits
• Building relationships with new and existing clients
• Learning how to recruit, train, and mentor future team members
• Developing leadership skills through hands-on coaching
• Tracking your progress and setting goals for continued growth

What You'll Receive

Average first-year earnings of $75,000–$95,000
