SW Corp is a leading organization dedicated to manufacturing luxurious bathroom and kitchen fixtures. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team in Miami, Florida. As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing strategic HR initiatives to support our workforce and drive organizational success.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with SW Corp’s mission and goals.

Oversee the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.

Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.

Manage and optimize HR processes, policies, and procedures.

Oversee Employee Handbook

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, experience with US immigration visas is a plus.

Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Analyze HR data and provide insights for effective decision-making.

Lead diversity and inclusion efforts to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute HR projects and initiatives.

Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

Nurture positive work environment

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

Proven experience in implementing HR strategies and initiatives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.

Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.

Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is highly desirable.
