Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage manufacturing crews and processes to ensure optimal productivity
• Prepare and communicate production schedules effectively
• Conduct regular evaluations of each stage of the manufacturing process to ensure maximum efficiency
• Inspect products to ensure quality and completeness
• Set and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly production goals
• Train new employees on machinery use and safety procedures
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and maintenance procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory position, preferably in production plants
• Proficiency with a variety of production machinery and tools
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Consistent and dependable attendance record
