The Distribution Specialist willutilizea solid foundation of basic distribution techniques and experience. Under the supervision of the Distribution Manager, the Distribution Specialist will learn how to perform daily tasks in the distribution department inan accurateandtime-efficientmanner. The Distribution Specialist may be assigned independent projects and may alsoparticipatein the creation of special projects.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Arrive on time for all scheduled shifts and communicate with all team members in a professional manner.
• Accuratelyidentifyproduct quality and count.
• Maintain and improve inventory accuracy.
• Prepare products for orders.
• Package orders accurately andin a timely mannerto meet order shippingdates
• Use andcomply withuniversal safety precautions to protect self and co-workers from biohazardous materials.
• Exhibit proper handling of potentially hazardous chemical and biological agents and/or radiation sources in the workplace.
• Monitor inventory levels and proper storage of materials and suppliesin accordance withestablished policies and procedures.
• Must be able to routinelylift to70lbs and stand forlong periodsof time.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years’ related experience inadistribution role
• Ability to learn companysoftware
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work undercoldconditions
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, anddivision

Working Conditions

• Must be able tolift upto 70lbsroutinely
• Must be able to stand forlong periodsoftime
• LN2 Exposure
• Stress generated bytheneed to meet many and frequentdeadlines
