Job Overview

STILT.PRO is a small, hands-on team in Thomson, GA designing, manufacturing, and selling nursery and greenhouse automation equipment. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to cover two connected roles: coordinating material for work orders and powder coating finished parts. If you're a self-starter who enjoys working independently and doesn't mind switching between roles, this job is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Materials Coordinator

• Stage materials for work orders by pulling and organizing parts per the work order picking sheet

• Move material between factory locations with truck and trailer

• Maintain organized, up-to-date files and records

Powder Coating

• Metal prep and wash, prime and finish powder coat parts

• Maintain paint equipment, including spray guns, ovens, and spray booth

• Quality control of finished painted parts

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal instruction

• Prior experience with powder coating processes and techniques

• Attention to detail, excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Valid driver's license (for running errands)

• Able to lift and move heavy objects safely, at times more than 50 lbs

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace; maintain and service equipment
