What a Typical Shift Looks LikeYou arrive ready to own your setup. You review the router and blueprint, choose the right tooling, and set up a Swiss-type CNC lathe or CNC milling center. You make precise offsets and limited program edits to hold tight dimensions. Throughout the run, you verify features with micrometers and calipers, keep productivity on pace, and assist less-experienced operators when needed. You close the shift with accurate parts that meet every dimensional requirement and a clean, safe workstation that reflects STERIS standards.
Schedule3:15 PM – 1:45 AM, Monday through Thursday
