We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Laser Helper/Packer to join our team in Middletown, OH. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our laser operations and ensuring that products are packed and prepared for shipment efficiently. Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and operation of laser machinery.
• Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Pack finished products securely for shipment, following company guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laser equipment as needed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus.
• Basic understanding of laser operations is advantageous but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
