Senior Full-Stack Developer (Golang/AWS)

Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer on behalf of our client in Redmond, WA. This role is ideal for an experienced software engineer who enjoys building scalable, cloud-native applications and working across both front-end and back-end technologies. You will contribute to the design and development of high-performance distributed systems, microservices, and real-time data processing solutions in a collaborative Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud-native applications and microservices.

• Build high-performance, fault-tolerant distributed systems and services.

• Develop and optimize storage, indexing, and query solutions for large-scale applications.

• Build and support real-time data streaming and processing pipelines.

• Deploy, manage, and optimize applications using cloud and container orchestration technologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver end-to-end software solutions.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following software engineering best practices.

• Participate in Agile development processes, including planning, code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.

• Strong programming experience with Golang or Java.

• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.

• Experience developing and deploying containerized applications using Kubernetes.

• Strong SQL skills, including query optimization and relational database design.

• Experience building scalable microservices and distributed systems.

• Full-stack development experience with modern front-end and back-end technologies.

• Experience working in Agile software development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Apache Flink or real-time streaming/data processing frameworks.

• Knowledge of ETL or large-scale data processing workflows.

• Proficiency in Python.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.

• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative engineering environment.
