Posting job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Screening resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates.
Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
Conducting initial HR screening calls.
Maintaining candidate and recruitment records.
Assisting in onboarding selected candidates.
Following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Supporting HR documentation and administrative tasks.
Coordinating with hiring managers and team leaders.
Preparing daily recruitment reports and maintaining HR databases.
#NOTE: It is a performance based Internship. The tenure of the internship can be extended on exceptional performance and on the agreement of both the intern and the organisation.
