The Role
We are looking for energetic, part-time teachers to lead our high-energy STEAM field trips and after-school programs. Our curriculum is hands-on and project-based, designed to spark curiosity in children through collaborative adventures.
What You’ll Do
Teach Engaging Sessions: Lead 60-minute STEAM lessons for elementary-aged children.
Classroom Management: Maintain a fun, safe, and productive learning environment that keeps students focused and participating.
Seamless Execution: Follow our proven curriculum to deliver a world-class educational experience. All materials and lesson plans are provided—no prep work required.
Logistics: Handle light equipment setup and cleanup for each session.
Schedule & Pay
After-School Sessions: $50 per session (Total 1.5-hour commitment: 15m setup, 60m instruction, 15m cleanup).
Field Trips/Events: $25 per hour.
Flexibility: This is an excellent opportunity for education students, retired teachers, or any educator seeking supplemental income with a rewarding mission.
Timing: Multiple after-school shifts available weekly, plus occasional school-hour field trips or evening events.
Requirements
Teaching Experience: Demonstrated experience teaching or coaching children in a classroom or group setting.
Reliable Transportation: Ability to travel to various school and community sites in the Greater Milwaukee and Waukesha areas.
"Stage-Ready" Personality: A vibrant presence that can command a classroom and keep kids excited about learning.
Background Check: Must be able to pass a standard background check.
