SOS Wellness is a growing behavioral health practice serving Greater Cincinnati and the Dayton region. We are looking for psychiatric NPs and PAs who want real clinical autonomy, a collaborative team, and a practice that takes patient experience as seriously as clinical excellence. We work with patients across the full diagnostic spectrum—including mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and SUD—and we are building something that treats both patients and clinicians like humans.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management.
• Collaborate dynamically with therapists, case managers, and the Medical Director on integrated treatment plans.
• Practice from any of our three southwest Ohio locations (Cincinnati, Middletown, or Dayton), utilizing telehealth flexibility as appropriate for patient care.
• Manage your own schedule: choosing the full-time or part-time 1099 hours that fit your life.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio License: Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with PMHNP-BC certification, or a Physician Assistant (PA-C) with dedicated psychiatric experience.
• Active DEA registration (or willingness to obtain).
• Genuine comfort working across diverse payer mixes, including both Medicaid and commercial populations, with a strong commitment to accessible, dignified care.
• Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
• Energy, curiosity, and the kind of clinical presence that patients remember.
