Our services include new and pre‑owned vehicle sales, award‑winning service and parts, wholesale parts, and fleet vehicle solutions. At SONS AUTO GROUP, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional experiences and fostering long‑term customer relationships.

    Role Description

    The Director of Fleet and Commercial Sales will oversee and lead the fleet and commercial vehicle sales operations for SONS AUTO GROUP. Responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining relationships with commercial clients, managing a sales team, and achieving sales and revenue targets. The role will require analyzing market trends, creating business plans, and negotiating contracts with clients. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Atlanta, GA.

    Qualifications
    • Industry leading payplan, sign‑on bonus and relocation fee or bonus due buy‑out are available for the right candidate
    • Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven record of achieving and surpassing targets
    • Expertise in fleet and commercial vehicle sales, including knowledge of market trends and best practices
    • Leadership and team management experience to train, coach, and motivate a sales team
    • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills
    • Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales management tools
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
    • Familiarity with the automotive industry and knowledge of commercial and fleet vehicles
    • High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer‑focused approach
