Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial Sales Representative to drive growth for our robotic floor cleaning and delivery robot business.
This is a commission-only role with high, uncapped earning potential, complete schedule flexibility, and a clearly defined pathway to a future full-time leadership position within SmartDots for top performers.
This role is ideal for someone who already:
- Works in or sells to the commercial cleaning industry,
- Interacts with facility managers, property managers, hotels, warehouses, hospitals, schools, restaurants, or retail chains, or
- Has existing customer relationships where robotic automation can deliver strong ROI.
What You’ll Be Selling
- Robotic Floor Scrubbers & Sweepers (Commercial & Industrial)
- Delivery Robots for hospitality, healthcare, campuses, warehouses, and mixed-use facilities
- Optional Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS) and subscription-based offerings
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential customers who can benefit from robotic floor cleaning or delivery robots
- Leverage existing industry relationships and networks to generate leads and opportunities
- Educate customers on robotic automation, ROI, labor savings, and operational benefits
- Coordinate product demos, pilots, and proof-of-concept deployments with the SmartDots team
- Manage and grow a sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Negotiate and close deals independently, with support from SmartDots leadership when needed
Marketing Collaboration & Growth Strategy
- Leverage marketing support provided by SmartDots, including digital campaigns, sales collateral, case studies, demos, and branded assets
- Actively contribute to defining market-specific marketing strategies to accelerate lead generation and deal flow
- Provide feedback on what messaging, industries, and use cases resonate most with prospects
- Collaborate with SmartDots leadership and marketing resources to test and refine outreach strategies (events, partnerships, referrals, demos, targeted campaigns, etc.)
- Help identify new verticals, geographies, and go-to-market approaches for scalable growth
Compensation Structure
- 100% Commission-Based (No Base Salary Initially)
- High commission percentages reflecting the commission-only nature of the role
- Uncapped earning potential — income scales directly with performance
- Paid on closed deals, with potential recurring commissions for subscription/RaaS contracts
This role is designed for self-starters who want maximum upside, influence, and flexibility, not a capped paycheck.

- Greater influence in shaping SmartDots’ sales and go-to-market strategy
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in commercial cleaning, facilities management, janitorial services, hospitality, warehousing, healthcare, or similar industries
- Existing access to decision-makers such as facility managers, operations managers, or business owners
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to articulate ROI and operational impact
- Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable building pipelines and shaping strategy
- Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working independently
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Prior experience selling equipment, automation, or subscription-based solutions
- Familiarity with robotics, automation, or smart facility technologies
- Experience working with CRM systems and structured sales processes
