What You'll Be Doing

As our Front of House Cashier, you’ll be the face of Smallcakes Steele Creek, ensuring every customer has a delightful experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently at the counter.
- Handling cash, credit card transactions, and operating the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Answering customer questions about our menu and offerings.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Assisting with packaging cupcakes and other baked goods.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or food service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- A team-oriented mindset and willingness to help wherever needed.
