We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented TECH/MECHANIC to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a variety of mechanical and electrical systems to ensure optimal operational performance. Duties

• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on multiple makes and model vehicles to prevent breakdowns.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using tools such as Ohmmeters to measure electrical resistance and troubleshoot faults accurately using diagnostic shop equipment.
• Repair or replace faulty components, ensuring all work adheres to safety standards and technical specifications.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference.
• Assist in installation of new equipment, ensuring proper setup and calibration for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize repairs and maintenance tasks based on operational needs.
• Follow safety protocols diligently during all maintenance procedures to promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mechanical repair, electrical troubleshooting, or related technical roles.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as Ohmmeters or multimeters is required.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and safety standards.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and wiring manuals accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues quickly.
• Good physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy parts and work in various environmental conditions.
• Nice-to-have: experience using Ohmmeters for electrical testing; relevant certifications or training in mechanical or electrical systems.
