We are looking for a highly organized and customer-centric Remote Cruise Coordinator to join our virtual hospitality team. In this work-from-home role, you will manage end-to-end cruise vacation logistics, helping clients navigate everything from cabin selection and shore excursions to port documentation. The ideal candidate loves ocean and river travel, possesses top-notch administrative skills, and is skilled at building seamless, stress-free travel itineraries for families, couples, and groups. Key Responsibilities Cruise Logistics Management: Research, coordinate, and finalize cruise vacation bookings across major global cruise lines, ensuring perfect alignment with client preferences. Itinerary Customization: Design complete door-to-door travel experiences, including pre- and post-cruise hotel stays, ground transportation, and curated shore excursions. Client Document Verification: Guide clients through necessary cruise documentation, including boarding passes, luggage tags, passport requirements, and port-specific health guidelines. Reservation Administration: Handle booking modifications, cabin upgrades, dining preferences, and payment processing accurately within secure vendor portals. Ongoing Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact to resolve client inquiries, flight delays, or scheduling updates prior to and during embarkation. Job Requirements Technical Skills: Basic computer skills required.

Must be comfortable navigating multiple internet tabs, using email platforms, managing digital spreadsheets, and learning proprietary vendor booking software. Professional Experience: 1 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, guest relations, or the hospitality industry. Organization & Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to track complex multi-passenger booking details, confirmation numbers, and deadlines. Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear, professional interaction with clients and cruise line representatives.
