Job Summary:
SK Technology Group is a company dedicated to providing exceptional IT solutions while fostering a positive team environment. They are seeking an IT Project Installation & Field Technician who will be responsible for installing and setting up hardware at customer locations and preparing equipment for deployment.
Responsibilities:
• Visit local customer business locations to install and set up new computer hardware. Handle physical installation tasks such as running data cables and securely mounting hardware.
• Prepare equipment for deployment by loading software, configuring system images, and ensuring readiness for onsite installation.
• Proactively seek opportunities to grow your skills, take on additional responsibilities, and advance your career.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong ability to follow instructions carefully and ask for clarification when needed.
• Exhibit a professional demeanor at all times.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a genuine commitment to delivering a great experience.
• Team-oriented mindset, with the desire to collaborate and support teammates.
Preferred:
• Familiarity with MSP tools and customer network management is a PLUS, but not required
