As a Total Rewards Manager, you will own and continuously develop SIXT's total rewards strategy to attract, motivate, andย retainย top talent. YOUR ROLE AT ASIXTย
- You design and continuously improve compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive programsย
- You lead annual compensation processes including merit increases, bonuses, and pay reviewsย
- You conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive andย equitableย pay practicesย
- You Lead enterprise-wide benefits programs, driving vendor management, renewals, and cost optimization while partnering with Compliance to oversee Leave of Absence (LOA) benefits, streamline LOA administration, and deliver organization-wide LOA policy educationย
- You develop and drive SIXT's total rewards strategy in close partnership with HR and Financeย
- You ensure compliance with labor laws, pay transparency requirements, and internal governanceย
YOUR SKILLS MATTERย
- Experienceย You bring 8+ years of deepย expertiseย in total rewards, including advanced compensation design, incentive programs, and benefits strategy within complex or high-growth organizationsย
- Educationย You hold aย Bachelor'sย degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (CCP, GRP, CEBS) are a strong plusย
- Technicalย Proficiencyย Youย demonstrateย advancedย proficiencyย in compensation benchmarking, job architecture, market pricing tools, HRIS platforms, and data analytics, with strong command of Microsoft Office applicationsย
- Soft Skillsย You are a trusted advisor with exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior leaders, translate complex data into clear insights, and drive decision-makingย
