SITEC Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Master Scheduler to support a high-visibility DoD program. This role is ideal for a proactive scheduling professional with extensive DoD experience, preferably within the intel environment, who can work closely with program leadership, technical teams, and customer stakeholders to support schedule development, integration, tracking, and execution.
The selected candidate must be a polished communicator who can operate in a fast-paced mission environment, manage competing priorities, and provide clear schedule insight to leadership and program teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and manage integrated master schedules in support of program objectives.
Coordinate with program leadership, technical teams, and stakeholders to collect schedule inputs and track progress.
Identify schedule risks, dependencies, milestones, and potential impacts to program execution.
Support schedule analysis, reporting, and updates for internal and customer-facing reviews.
Ensure schedule products are accurate, timely, and aligned with program priorities.
Communicate schedule status, risks, and required actions clearly to leadership and team members.
Support completion-based tasking in a high-visibility DoD environment.
Required Qualifications
Extensive DoD scheduling experience.
Prior intel experience strongly preferred.
Experience supporting high-visibility programs or customer-facing mission environments.
Strong understanding of integrated scheduling, milestone tracking, and program coordination.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal direction.
Ability to interact professionally with senior leadership, customers, and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting intel programs or similar secure customer environments.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project or related scheduling tools.
Experience developing or maintaining Integrated Master Schedules.
Familiarity with DoD program management processes, reporting rhythms, and customer deliverables.
