Starling Physicians has a current opening for a Board Certified Interventional Nephrologist. Join a robust nephrology division supported by two experienced Interventional Nephrologists. Work alongside 20 total nephrology providers, including physicians and advanced practice clinicians, participate in care across 15+ dialysis units, with wellorganized rounding schedules and strong operational support, access to stateoftheart interventional facilities and a dedicated procedural team. Integrated multispecialty environment with seamless referrals and shared EMR

Responsibilities include:

• Perform interventional nephrology procedures (e.g., vascular access management, fistulograms, thrombectomies, catheter placements)
• Provide inpatient and outpatient nephrology care
• Participate in dialysis rounding across assigned units
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Contribute to quality initiatives and program development

Requirements include:

• Boardcertified or boardeligible in Nephrology
• Fellowship training in Interventional Nephrology preferred

• Must be able to obtain Connecticut licensure before you begin practicing

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to teambased care
