SGD Group is a $20M+ high-growth garage door services company expanding across Texas and Minnesota with a goal of scaling into a $100M+ multi-state operator. We are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead and execute all marketing strategy and growth initiatives.

We are looking for a proven marketing leader with a track record of scaling companies from tens of millions to $100M+. You will lead the marketing function, own performance outcomes, and drive consistent, measurable growth.

Core Expertise Required

• Home Service Sector Experience - Proven experience delivering high-performing marketing results in professional home service industries (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, garage doors, and similar service-based businesses.)
• Local Digital Mastery (Google Expert) - Deep, proven expertise in generating leads and maximizing ROI through:
• Google My Business and/or Local SEO
• Local Service Ads
• Google Ads (Search and Display)
• Team Leadership: Experience leading and developing marketing teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Offline & Brand Marketing: Strong background in offline marketing with proven ROI from TV, radio, and direct mail.
• Direct Response & CRM Marketing: Strong background in CRM, email, and SMS marketing focused on revenue growth.
• ROI-Driven Mindset: Highly data-driven, focused on maximizing ROI and profitable growth.
