** About the Role**

** SGD Group** is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive & Personal Assistant to support our Founder & CEO. This is more than a traditional Executive Assistant role—you'll become a trusted partner responsible for helping drive productivity, solving problems, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

You'll work across multiple businesses in home services, manufacturing, software, real estate, and future ventures , where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.

** What You'll Do**

• Manage the CEO's calendar, priorities, and daily schedule
• Coordinate meetings, travel, appointments, and itineraries
• Organize business and personal projects from start to finish
• Follow up with executives, managers, vendors, attorneys, and business partners
• Research solutions and prepare concise recommendations
• Draft professional emails, reports, and communications
• Maintain confidential business and personal records
• Coordinate household vendors, vehicles, and personal appointments
• Track action items and ensure timely completion
• Create systems and processes to improve efficiency
• Help turn ideas into execution while keeping the CEO informed

** Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience supporting an executive, entrepreneur, or business owner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• High level of professionalism and discretion
• Comfortable learning new software and technology
• Valid driver's license and ability to work primarily in person
• Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other AI tools is a plus
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish, Hebrew, or other languages) are encouraged to apply
