We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Stylist / Sales Associate to join our team. If you love fashion, enjoy building relationships with customers, and have a talent for helping people look and feel their best, we would love to meet you.

Siren is a locally owned and operated women’s boutique located in San Francisco’s West Portal neighborhood. We offer a curated assortment of contemporary clothing, shoes, accessories, jewelry, and gifts with a strong focus on personalized service and styling.

This position is ideal for someone with previous retail experience who enjoys working one-on-one with customers and creating a welcoming, elevated shopping experience.

Part-time position. Must be available to work a minimum of 2–3 full days per week, including some weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, personalized customer service
• Style customers and assist them in putting together complete looks
• Build relationships with customers through clienteling and follow-up
• Develop and maintain a loyal customer base
• Learn our brands, merchandise, fit, sizing, and product features
• Recommend merchandise based on each customer's lifestyle, needs, and personal style
• Assist with special orders and customer requests
• Keep customers informed about new arrivals, events, promotions, and products they may love
• Become proficient with our Shopify POS and customer management tools
• Assist with receiving, stock work, replenishment, and maintaining an organized sales floor
• Support visual merchandising and maintaining the overall appearance of the store
• Assist with store events, promotions, and occasional social media content
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

Qualifications:

• Previous women's fashion retail or specialty retail experience strongly preferred
• Styling, clienteling, or personal shopping experience is a plus
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Ability to build genuine relationships and rapport with customers
• Confident recommending and styling merchandise
• Friendly, outgoing, positive, and professional
• Hardworking, reliable, and comfortable taking initiative
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through
• Genuine love of fashion and helping others feel confident
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
• Shopify or retail POS experience preferred but not required
• Familiarity with Word and Excel is helpful
• Social media experience or interest is a plus
