Are you a child/teen-focused Testing Psychologist passionate about providing thorough, practical, and understandable evaluations? Are you seeking the flexibility of a private practice but the collegiality, mentorship, and resources of an established clinic? If so, you may be an excellent addition to our dynamic team of Licensed Psychologists. Responsibilities include conducting psychological examinations and testing, as well as diagnosing, recommending treatment, and educational supports for child, teen, and young adult clients.
You'll work with a wide range of clients, including those with learning differences, ADHD, Autism, Giftedness/2E, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues, to help them (and their parents) chart a path forward. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills are necessary since you'll be working with parents, teachers, and treatment providers to coordinate and collaborate on care. Compensation:$140,000 - $180,000 yearly
Mind Matters Testing Psychologists are passionate about providing in-depth, comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessments for children, adolescents, and young adults. Responsibilities include:
At least two (2) years of experience providing
Licensed/License eligible in the State of CA as a Licensed Psychologist (PSY)
Doctoral degree

Mind Matters clinicians experience the benefits of being in private practice, with the support and collegiality of a clinic. Psychologists choose their caseload and set most of their own work hours, but collaborate with each other in an effort to improve their skills and knowledge. Mind Matters provides all testing materials, equipment, supplies, and report writing/administrative support, along with ongoing opportunities for training and consultation.
If you are an early-career psychologist or newer to testing, we mentor you within a private practice setting. If you are an experienced Testing Psychologist, we provide you with a supportive and collegial private practice setting without the administrative burdens of solo practice.

With locations in San Francisco and Berkeley, Mind Matters of the San Francisco Bay Area specializes in helping parents understand and advocate for their children. Through psychoeducational evaluations, intelligence testing, and developmental screenings, we provide parents and educators with a deeper understanding of each client's strengths and challenges and help develop a plan of support.
