We're looking for talented and motivated Line Cooks who take pride in their craft and thrive in a team-oriented kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Set up and maintain assigned cooking stations before, during, and after service.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper portioning.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
- Monitor food quality and freshness throughout each shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
- Assist with food preparation, inventory rotation, and stocking.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Help minimize food waste and maintain cost-conscious practices.
- Support opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous line cook experience preferred; fine dining experience is a plus.
- ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification
- Passion for cooking and learning Southeast Asian cuisine.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
