  • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast future business opportunities
  • Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, customer meetings, and conferences
  • Travel throughout the United States and occasionally internationally as required

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field
  • 8+ years of business development, sales, account management, or commercial leadership experience within aerospace, defense, aviation, or manufacturing industries
  • Proven track record of generating revenue growth and securing new business opportunities
  • Experience working with OEMs, military customers, government agencies, MRO organizations, or aerospace operators
  • Strong understanding of aerospace and defense markets
  • Experience supporting proposals, RFQs, contract negotiations, and customer programs
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Ideal Candidate

  • Highly customer-focused
  • Results-driven and entrepreneurial
  • Comfortable operating in both leadership and hands-on commercial environments
  • Skilled at building relationships and closing opportunities
  • Passionate about aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing industries
