Key Responsibilities: One, process customer orders, invoices, and payments accurately and timely. Two, maintain customer records, databases, and sales reports using CRM software like Salesforce. Three, handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing excellent support. Four, coordinate with logistics for shipping, track deliveries, and resolve issues. Five, prepare sales quotes, proposals, and pricing documentation. Six, monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed. Seven, assist in preparing sales presentations and reports for management. Eight, collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and meet targets. Requirements: High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s in business preferred. Two plus years in sales admin, customer service, or related role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and data entry. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
