Job description

We are a premier, high-end matchmaking firm serving accomplished, discerning individuals across the country. Our clientele expects discretion, sophistication, and results—and we deliver.

We are seeking driven, serious sales professionals who thrive on the phone, understand high-value clients, and are motivated by performance, not excuses.

This is not an entry-level role. This is for seasoned closers.


WHO YOU ARE

  • You love being on the phone—connecting, guiding, and closing
  • You are confident speaking with high-net-worth individuals
  • You are highly disciplined, focused, and results-oriented
  • You don’t wait for leads—you work them with intention and precision
  • You take ownership of your numbers and hold yourself to a high standard
  • You are polished, articulate, and emotionally intelligent


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Conduct phone conversations and then video consultations with qualified, high-intent prospects
  • Build trust quickly and position our service offerings with confidence
  • Guide prospects through a high-ticket decision-making process
  • Consistently follow up and manage your pipeline with professionalism
  • Close premium memberships ranging from $6K–$100K+
