We’re looking for someone who’s outgoing, responsible, and trustworthy to be the face of our office! If you love helping people, can juggle a few tasks at once, and have a knack for providing top-notch customer service — we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greeting patients and scheduling appointments
• Verifying vision insurance benefits
• Assisting with frame and lens selection
• Dispensing glasses and contact lenses
• Adjusting and repairing frames
• Educating patients on the best lens options
• Helping with insurance billing and general front desk tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Great communication and people skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English — required
• At least 1 year of optical experience — required
