Your day as a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative
As a new Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative at SC State Credit Union, your daily expectations will include assisting members with their inquiries and transactions in both English and Spanish, ensuring clarity and understanding in every interaction. You will be responsible for addressing member needs efficiently, whether that involves account inquiries, or resolving issues. Engaging with members over the phone, you'll deliver personalized service while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. You'll also collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and uphold our standards of excellence.
