Job Overview
Seeking a motivated and Icertis-certified CLM professional with over 10 years of experience leading end-to-end Icertis CLM implementations for Fortune 500 clients across financial, manufacturing, and federal sectors. The candidate should possess expertise in solution design, system configuration, and business process optimization, ensuring streamlined contract management, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle Icertis CLM implementation projects across multiple global enterprises to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Facilitate business and IT workshops to gather requirements and architect scalable contract management solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with integration teams to develop and deploy technology interfaces with enterprise systems, including SailPoint, Coupa, Process Unity, PeopleSoft, Ariba, and SAP S/4HANA.
- Manage cross-functional teams, resources, and project activities, including SIT/UAT cycles, user adoption, and onsite/remote workshops.
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer and End User Training sessions, support change management initiatives and successful solution adoption.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in contract lifecycle management and related implementations.
- Icertis CLM certification strongly preferred.
- Proven success improving contract cycle times, reducing risk, and achieving operational excellence.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability in client-facing roles, managing workshops, and translating requirements into technical solutions.
