Job Posting Title:   IAM Specialist, 7 to 9 years experience

Description:

We are looking for an IAM Specialist with strong experience in Role Mining, RBAC, access analysis, and business stakeholder communication.
 
Key Responsibilities
Perform role mining and access analysis to identify business and IT roles based on user/entitlement patterns.
Design and maintain RBAC models, business roles, IT roles, and access profiles in SailPoint.
Work closely with business stakeholders and application owners to understand access requirements and validate proposed roles.
Conduct meetings and translate business requirements into IAM/SailPoint functional requirements.
Support application onboarding, including account/entitlement aggregation, provisioning, and connector configuration.
Identify excessive, redundant, or inappropriate access and support least privilege initiatives.
Support role lifecycle, access certifications, entitlement reviews, and Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) processes.
Prepare role-mining analysis, recommendations, documentation, and business presentations.
 
Required Skills
Experience with one or more IAM/IGA platforms such as  SailPoint IdentityNow, IdentityIQ, Ping Identity or Savinyt.
Strong knowledge of Role Mining, RBAC, IAM/IGA, entitlements, access profiles, and access governance.
Strong analytical skills, including Excel/data analysis.
Excellent business communication, stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and presentation skills.
Working knowledge of SailPoint development, configuration, administration, and application onboarding is an added advantage.
Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical IAM teams.
