The Restaurant Server plays a vital role in providing an exceptional dining experience by delivering prompt and courteous service to guests. Working within a medium-sized team of 6-15 servers, this position involves taking orders using both technology and manual methods, serving food and beverages, and ensuring tables are well-prepared for guests. Typical shifts are during evenings and weekends, requiring adaptability and strong teamwork to maintain smooth dining operations.

Responsibilities

• Take and accurately record customer orders using a combination of technology and manual methods
• Provide attentive and friendly customer service throughout the dining experience
• Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and correctly
• Set up and maintain attractive, clean tables and dining areas
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu to answer guest questions
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and serving staff to ensure efficient operations

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in food service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail with a commitment to quality service
