Job description

Salary: $ 50,000 - $70,000 annually

Our company is currently seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our clients. Saranto Calamas CPA, PC is a full-service public accounting firm. We are looking for knowledgeable bookkeepers that have experience working on multiple clients. Staff management experience preferred.
Responsibilities:

  • Obtain primary financial data for accounting records.
  • Compute and record numerical data.
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Analyze and Verify Balance Sheet Accounts.
  • Process and file Payroll and Payroll tax returns.
  • Prepare and file sales Tax Returns


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented.
  • QuickBooks Experience is required.

Payroll processing experience a plus.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
