Role Type: Functional Consultant (Implementation) Engagement: SAP Fioneer FPSL Banking Implementation Project Reporting To: FPSL Finance Lead / FPSL Solution Architect Key Interfaces: Finance, Product Control, Risk, Core Banking IT, Integration Team
Role Summary
The SAP Fioneer FPSL Banking Consultant is responsible for hands-on functional configuration and implementation of SAP Fioneer Financial Products Subledger (FPSL) for banking products. The role supports detailed design, build, testing, and deployment of intregration with source system, event-based accounting, ensuring accurate subledger postings and seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA Finance in line with IFRS 9 and local GAAP requirements.
The consultant acts as a functional execution specialist, translating approved finance designs into FPSL configuration and supporting testing, reconciliation, and go-live activities.
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory
- 4 8 years of experience in banking finance or accounting system implementations Practical experience with:
o SAP Fioneer FPSL (Banking context)
o SAP S/4HANA Finance integration
- Strong understanding of:
o Banking products accounting
o Event-based / transaction-based accounting concepts Good working knowledge of:
o IFRS 9 fundamentals (implementation perspective)
