Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jonesboro, AR. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging social media content that reflects SANY’s brand, products, and health-focused concepts. The specialist will manage day-to-day social media activities across relevant platforms, including scheduling posts, monitoring performance, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. The role involves collaborating with marketing, product development, and design teams to support campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives through digital channels. The specialist will track key metrics, analyze results, and recommend improvements to increase reach, engagement, and conversions, while staying current with industry trends and platform best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in CPG & FMCG (3 years required)
• Ability to plan and execute Social Media Marketing campaigns aligned with overall Marketing and brand objectives.
• Strong Social Media Content Creation skills, including visual and copy development tailored to different platforms.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies and tools to support awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing social media accounts for brands or products, preferably in food, nutrition, or FMCG sectors.
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram insights, LinkedIn, or similar).
• Ability to interpret data and adjust content or campaign strategies based on performance metrics.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines on-site.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in nutrition, wellness, and innovative consumer products is an advantage.
