About the Role:
Sahuaro Dental in Tucson, AZ is looking for a skilled and experienced Exocad Dental Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on technical role for a qualified professional who is ready to hit the ground running — no training provided. If you're passionate about precision dental work and thrive in a fast-paced lab environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:

• Design and fabricate dentures using Exocad CAD/CAM software
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure accurate case specifications
• Review and interpret dental prescriptions, impressions, and digital scans
• Maintain quality control standards for all completed restorations
• Operate and maintain CAD/CAM design equipment
• Meet production deadlines while upholding high standards of accuracy and craftsmanship

Requirements:

• Proven, hands-on experience with Exocad dental design software — MANDITORY !
• Background in dental technology or dental laboratory work
• Proficiency in digital dentistry and CAD/CAM workflows
• Strong understanding of occlusion, anatomy, and dental materials
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented with excellent manual dexterity and precision
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet production timelines
