Job summary: We are looking for a nursing assistant 4 hours a day, 7 days a week, including every other weekend in a retirement home in Repentigny. Requirements and skills required: DEP (Required) Certificates and other accreditations: CPR (Preferred) Member of the OIIAQ (Required) COVID-19 measures in place. Additional Instructions: Prepare and distribute drugs; Provide care and treatment if necessary; Take care of the resident's external transfers (Hospital center); Note any change in the condition of residents; Reassure residents, secure them and help them with their daily routine; Know the residents and their needs; Ensure the proper functioning of meals if necessary; Ensure the good general condition of each resident; All other related tasks. Requirements: Must act with professionalism and respect. Must know and love the elders; Must get involved and collaborate in order to provide better care to residents; Frequent visits to residents; Must respect confidentiality and act with discretion at all times. Must listen to residents at all times, ensure a constant presence with them and act as a resource person; Must report to his immediate superior any anomaly noticed in a resident or a member of his entourage.
