We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our financial transactions and support payroll processing within our team. As an individual contributor, you will rely primarily on QuickBooks and Sage to maintain accurate records and prepare financial reports. This role offers opportunities for growth and cross-training in related accounting areas with a clear promotion path.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions accurately
• Reconcile accounts and bank statements regularly
• Process invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable
• Assist with payroll processing and related documentation
• Prepare and maintain financial reports for management review
• Ensure compliance with basic tax regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Associate degree in Accounting or related field
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Strong skills in account reconciliation and data entry
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Basic knowledge of tax regulations
• Effective communication abilities
