  • Engage in crisis intervention planning, including immediate risk assessments and safety planning for clients at elevated risks.
  • Coordinate with various local agencies and community resources to ensure clients have access to all necessary support services.
  • Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at increasing awareness of available services and reducing stigma associated with addiction.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams during case conferences and training sessions to enhance service delivery and ensure comprehensive care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on clients within our detox center who are facing the deeply rooted challenges of substance abuse. You will work with a diverse patient population, helping them navigate feelings of isolation, anxiety, and uncertainty. By providing individualized attention, you will be instrumental in fostering hope and resilience in clients as they embark on their recovery journey.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • Must hold an active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Strong knowledge of social justice issues, trauma-informed care, and community resources relevant to substance abuse treatment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a deep understanding of cultural competence in treatment approaches.
  • Proficient in assessment tools and methodologies relevant to mental health and addiction recovery.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a social service or healthcare setting, specifically focused on addiction recovery or crisis intervention services is preferred.
  • Previous experience in case management and community networking to support client needs is a plus.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth technologies to facilitate remote support.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this LCSW position ranges from USD 60,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our organization also offers a sign-on bonus for ideal candidates.

In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a comprehensive suite of benefits including:
