About Rush Automotive

Rush Automotive is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join its busy Bastrop, TX location.

The shop has a high-volume maintenance and repair workflow with more work than the current team can handle. You'll perform diagnostics and repairs across vehicle systems while maintaining the productivity and quality expected in a busy shop environment.

Rush Automotive operates multiple locations across Central Texas with a focus on repeat customers, consistent workflow, and technician productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose concerns across automotive systems
• Perform automotive maintenance and mechanical repairs
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
• Manage a high-volume repair workflow
• Maintain consistent production of 40+ billed hours per week

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience
• Advanced automotive repair skills across vehicle systems
• Proven automotive diagnostic skills
