Runnells Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare is seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate, and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our leadership team as a Unit Nurse Manager.

As a Unit Nurse Manager, you will lead an interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering outstanding skilled nursing and rehabilitation services while fostering a positive, supportive work environment.
What You'll DoProvide daily clinical leadership for an assigned nursing unit.
Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff to promote high-quality resident care.
Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
Monitor resident conditions and ensure timely clinical interventions.
Maintain compliance with CMS, New Jersey Department of Health, and facility policies and procedures.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives focused on clinical excellence and resident outcomes.
Help create a culture of teamwork, accountability, and resident-centered care.
Current New Jersey RN or LPN license in good standing.
Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred.
Previous leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience is a plus—but not required.
Strong communication, assessment, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for leading others.
