Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as a primary point of contact for customers and provide timely, accurate, and effective support. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, live chat, and other support channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, policies, and procedures.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Process customer requests, orders, returns, refunds, and account updates as required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused approach during all interactions.
• Meet established service-level, response-time, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and communicate trends to management.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
