Position: Tax Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review complex tax returns, including multi-state and local filings
  • Conduct technical research and document findings to support conclusions
  • Manage the preparation and review process of complex returns efficiently and timely
  • Resolve intricate tax issues
  • Collaborate with the accounting department and key decision-makers on client matters
  • Prepare review notes and provide training to staff
  • Demonstrate strong technical knowledge
  • Oversee budgets and billing processes
  • Coach team members to enhance their job skills

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
